That’s one unexpected bonus of having cement floors: sweeping up afterwards is easy. The haircut itself, well – I have cut others’ hair while here in Malawi and I always paid attention to what my stylist did in the states (aside from providing good conversation; she’s a childhood friend) so I have a pretty good idea of the cosmetologist’s art. It also helps that I’m a perfectionist!
